WASHINGTON, D.C. – U.S. Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) released the following statement today following the Senate confirmation of Tim Thomas of Kentucky to serve as the federal co-chairman of the Appalachian Regional Commission (ARC):
