I would like to congratulate retired Brigadier General Norman Arflack on his confirmation to serve as the U.S. Marshal for the Eastern District of Kentucky. His impressive record of service to the Commonwealth and the nation, both in the Kentucky National Guard and the Kentucky State Police, have prepared him well for this important position.
